		<description>Is there any way to get the point across that the state will never find an affiliate as the nexus? Merchants, if cornered will cancel their affiliate program for that state and the income tax paid by those affiliates will decrease. The net result is a reduction in state income tax collected and am increase in unemployment benefits.</description>
